Who's eligible to enter the Power of A Awards program?

  1. Anyone who is involved in an association, including volunteer leaders, chief staff executives, or association staff.

  2. Anyone who wants to show off the good deeds of an association--whether you are a member of the association or want to nominate another association.

  3. ASAE members and nonmembers alike.

Up to six association entries are chosen annually to receive the highest level of recognition, the Summit Award. Presented at ASAE's Summit Awards Dinner, Summit Award winners receivethird-party validation of their programs that they can share with their association’s membership, volunteer leaders, and other stakeholders.

SSome associations will receive the second level of recognition--the Power of A Gold Award. Each Power of A Gold Award winner is automatically entered in the competition for the coveted Summit Award, and one Gold Award winner from each category will be chosen to receive a Summit Award. Programs in each category are also eligible to receive a Power of A Silver Award, which recognizes the program for its excellence but is not eligible for a Summit Award.
